Vitamin C



1.)Five Fl. fresh squeezing oranges
2.)Each one hand squeezed
3.)One small glass of delicious totally worth it orange juice :)

My Hubby and I have been squeezing and drinking the juice from fresh oranges quite regular over the past few months. I love the taste of the pure juice and it gives you great energy and a boost to your immune system!
